  Don't buy from Rite Rug in Lancaster Ohio. I spent over $1000 and they did not bring 2 out of the 3 carpets. The people who installed did not speak English and refused to listen while I tried to explain it was not the correct carpet. Went 3 weeks without carpet. Once the manager said his work is done and it goes to customer service, they are worse. Both the manager and the customer support stated it is not my fault. Very very poor customer service. No compensation back and I tried to send complaint to BBB and they said they could do nothing. Store needs shut down. I bought carpet 10 years ago and they were great. I would never never recommend them unless you are ok with not getting the carpet that you purchased.
