  I was in town and stopped by because I have always loved their store. Little to my surprise I was treated very poorly today! Went to the jewelry department and couldn't get any help at all! Stood there waiting 20 minutes. So I'll take my business elsewhere at this point. And if I could give a 0 rating I would! Unacceptable!

  Check out was absolutely terrible. Took 25 min. the girl and the assistant manger who were training the new boy left him on his own and made him struggle throught the check. Had to call for help to do an exchange. Had run the transaction for the card 2 times. Deplorable customer service. They checked out 6 other customer while they stuggling through a $114.44 sale
